In addition to content templates, you’ll also have access to prewritten captions ideas and suggested hashtags that you can customize and edit to align with your brand. How the Content Subscription Works:

• Step 1: Access the Content Subscription in the “Content Templates” tab on your PLANOLY Web Dashboard.

• Step 2: Click “Subscribe.”
  Note: You can subscribe monthly for $13/month or get billed annually and save $36/year.
• Step 3: After you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive this month’s templates in your “Content Templates” tab.

• Step 4: Each month on the 1st, you’ll get 30 new templates automatically added.

Whether you’re selling products, sharing about your brand, or providing an answer to a commonly asked question, we’ve got you covered with multiple templates to choose from. Plus, we recently started adding Reels Cover templates each month to use, too!

How to Access & Customize Your Social Media Templates:

• Step 1: Open the PLANOLY Web Dashboard, and navigate over to the ‘Content Templates’ tab, which is located right above the calendar view.

• Step 2: Tap the image you’d like to customize.

• Step 3: In the caption box, locate the text that reads, “YOUR TEMPLATE URL BELOW.” Then copy and paste the URL into your web browser.

• Step 4: This will open up your template in Canva. Note: You own these templates, which means are free to customize them the way you see fit!

• Step 5: Once you’re finished customizing in Canva you can download it and upload to PLANOLY or use the Canva integration in PLANOLY to upload directly from Canva.

• Step 6: Copy and paste the caption & hashtags from the template into your drafted post and edit it to fit your business.

• Step 7: Auto-post this content via PLANOLY (requires an Instagram Business Account).

PLANOLY Pro-tip: If you don’t already have one, you will need to create a PLANOLY account to gain access to your purchased social templates, as well as a Canva account to customize your templates. Both of these accounts can be free, so you won’t pay extra to access or edit the templates.
