That’s why we’re excited to share that we are launching Reels Planner: PLANOLY’s new paid feature that will allow you to plan, schedule and auto-post your content for Reels on IG Planner. 

With PLANOLY’s Reels Planner you can upload video content to IG Planner, plan, organize, and auto-post your Reels from PLANOLY’s web dashboard, or schedule a reminder email or push notification to post your content when it's time from the web dashboard or mobile app!

How Does Reels Planner Work?

Auto-posting your Reels from PLANOLY’s Web Dashboard or Mobile App:

Auto-posting is our newest feature for Reels Planner, with this update you can now auto-post your Reels to Instagram via PLANOLY. Once you auto-post a Reel via PLANOLY,  your Reel will be automatically shared to your grid and Reels tab on Instagram.
 
Please note: Due to Instagram limitations, Reels that are scheduled for auto-posting can’t include a cover image, but you can add the cover image through Instagram once your Reel has been published or you can schedule a reminder notification and post it manually including a cover image. Auto-posting is limited to Instagram Business Accounts. 

1. Open PLANOLY’s web dashboard or mobile app and tap the “+ New Post” button
2. Choose a source and upload a video
3. Select “Upload as a Reel”
4. Select your file and click “Upload” - your Reel has now been uploaded to your grid as an unscheduled post!
5. From your grid, click on your Reel and choose a date and time to auto-post your Reel.
6. Your Reel post will be auto-posted to Instagram via PLANOLY

Schedule your Reel from PLANOLY’s Web Dashboard:

1. Open PLANOLY’s web dashboard and tap the  “+ New Post” sign
2. Choose a source and upload a video
3. Select “Upload as a Reel”
4. Upload a cover photo by clicking on the “+ Upload Cover” button
5. Select your file and click “Upload” - your Reel has now been uploaded to your grid as an unscheduled post!
6. From your grid, click on your Reel and choose a date and time to schedule your reminder notification*
7. Your Reel post will be scheduled through PLANOLY and you’ll receive a push notification on your Mobile App once it’s time to post.  

Schedule your Reel from PLANOLY’s Mobile App:

1. Open the PLANOLY app and tap the “+” button
2. Choose a source and upload a video
3. Select “Upload as a Reel” 
4. Upload a cover photo by clicking on the “+ Upload Cover”
5. Select your file and click “Upload” - your Reel has now been uploaded to your grid as an unscheduled post!
6. From your grid, click on your Reel and choose a date and time to schedule your reminder notification*
7. Your Reel post will be scheduled through PLANOLY and you’ll receive a push notification on your Mobile App once it’s time to post

What happens after you schedule a Reel? 

1. Once it’s time to post your Reel, you’ll get a push notification on your phone or an email reminder
2. Click on it from your phone, and you will be taken into the app to post now - Your Reel & cover photo will be auto-downloaded to your phone, and your caption will be automatically copied for quicker posting
3. Click “Post Reel”, and it will take you into the Instagram app to publish it! 
4. Upload your media (it should be at the top of your camera roll for easy access)
5. Make any finishing edits in IG's editor, paste your caption, and share your Reel to IG!
